1. The distance between the paper stack and the paper separation suction nozzle is too large. solution: ① shorten the length of the presser foot rod to reduce the distance between the paper separation suction nozzle and the paper stack surface; ② Adjust the eccentricity above the paper separation suction nozzle rod to reduce the height of the paper separation suction nozzle

2. The paper trailing tip curls downward. Because the paper trailing tip curls downward, the air flow blown by the loose paper blowing nozzle is not easy to enter the paper gap and cannot separate the paper. At the same time, because the paper is rolled down when the paper separation suction nozzle comes down to suck the paper, it is easy to produce air leakage at the suction nozzle, and the paper cannot be sucked up

solution: ① adjust the adjusting screw on the paper separation cylinder and change the angle of the bottom surface of the paper separation suction nozzle to keep it parallel to the paper surface; ② Remove the paper and knock it on the front

3. The distance between the paper delivery suction nozzle and the paper stack surface is too large

solution: adjust the height of the paper delivery suction nozzle. When the paper delivery suction nozzle is at the lowest position, the distance between the bottom and the paper stack surface: sz201 paper feeding device is about 1.5mm; Sz206 paper feeding device is about 5mm. The height of the paper delivery suction nozzle can be adjusted individually or as a whole. (as mentioned above)

4. The paper blocking brush is too low or extends too much into the paper pile. The application of the paper blocking brush should be closely coordinated with the loose paper blowing nozzle. 5. Air path blockage. Most of the air path blockage occurs in the air suction system. The blockage comes from paper wool and dust, and most of it is blocked in the current section between the suction nozzle pipe and the control piston. Due to oil dirt on the piston, paper wool and dust are stuck by oil dirt when they are sucked there, and they accumulate more and more. Finally, the suction air path is blocked, resulting in insufficient suction and empty sheets

solution: clean the air circuit and control piston regularly, and the machine for printing rough paper should be cleaned once a week

63: according to the service condition of the machine and the service life of the oil, the suction is insufficient. Due to the accumulation of ink on the suction nozzle and rubber band or the wear and fracture of the rubber band, the air leakage during paper suction will cause insufficient suction, which will also cause empty sheets. solution: strengthen the inspection that the combustion performance reaches grade A1 (GB8624), the smoke toxicity reaches grade AQ1 (gb/t20285), and the thermal conductivity ≤ 0.052w/(m2k) (gb/t10295).
