3. Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially where the impact force is strong. Some outsourcing enterprises only know whether the oil cylinder size is abnormal

4. check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply and water source are normal

5. Check whether all emergency stop switches, safety door switches and protective device detection switches are normal

6. check whether the heating head enters the embryo and whether the embryo dropping part works normally. If the embryo insertion is not in place, the nut of the embryo pressing device can be adjusted

7. check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. Replace it in time

8. check whether each pneumatic element leaks air and whether the action is sensitive

13. when starting the machine, make sure that the mechanical part is in good condition, and there is no one inside the machine and no foreign matter. Especially the position of the handle to avoid hurting people. Close the safety door at the same time

14. when starting the machine, the motor must be started first, and the heater must be started with a delay of 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuation. The company said that it should first make sure whether the cooling water is turned on before heating

15. After heating and starting (2-3) minutes, press the embryo button after the oven temperature rises evenly. At the same time, the bottle blowing should also be turned on when it is powered on, otherwise it will not blow the bottle

16. pay close attention to whether there is abnormal noise when the machine is running. It is necessary to find it early, stop it in time and solve it early

17. in case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button to make emergency braking. Then analyze the causes according to the on-site situation, find the problems and solve them quickly

18. After the machine is in normal operation, do not stretch any part of the body into the machine to prevent the manipulator from hurting people. If the machine has abnormal noise, you can slow down and observe it

19. After the normal production of the machine, the operator must often observe the quality of bottles to avoid voltage fluctuations or other reasons affecting the quality of bottle blowing

20. When the machine is repaired, press the screen fault repair button to ensure safe maintenance. If you need to manually observe the action of each mold cavity, please pay attention to the position of the manipulator. At the same time, it must be clear that the export growth of China's extruder products will show a stable and progressive situation, and then in action. Ensure that the malfunction causes unnecessary trouble

21. After each repair of the machine, be sure to clean tools, screws and other things to avoid leaving them in the machine and affecting the normal operation of the machine
