Xin Guobin proposed four aspects of key work: first, we should adhere to the innovation drive, vigorously promote collaborative innovation, actively build a manufacturing innovation system, and strive to increase the supply of key common technologies. The goal is to remove the polishing damage layer, break through a number of key core technologies in the field of high-end equipment, and enhance the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry. Second, we should accelerate the intelligent transformation and continue to lead the global market demand, continue to promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects, select about 90 pilot demonstration projects, formulate and revise more than 50 intelligent manufacturing standards, cultivate a number of intelligent manufacturing system solution suppliers, explore the construction of intelligent manufacturing demonstration areas in conditional areas, and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Third, we should highlight the high-end leadership, resolve to overcome a number of equipment that has long been dependent on imports and is urgently needed by strategic industries, develop a number of landmark and driving key products and major equipment, strive to promote the promotion and application of major technical equipment and quality brand building, and improve the quality and level of supply. Fourth, we should strengthen basic support, implement industrial foundation strengthening projects, focus on overcoming a number of advanced basic processes, improve the product performance of core basic parts and the preparation level of key basic materials, promote the first batch and cross field applications, and break through the bottleneck of industrial development.
